U.S. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION VERSES ACTIVISION BLIZZARD, INC., ET AL.
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
Case No. 2:21-CV-07682-JEM

If you are a current or former employee of Activision Blizzard, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., Activision Publishing, Inc., or King.Com, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries anywhere in the United States (“Activision Blizzard”) between September 1, 2016 and March 29, 2022, you may be eligible to receive money from this settlement.

The settlement, in the form of the Consent Decree approved by the Court on March 29, 2022, resolves the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) allegations that Activision Blizzard engaged in unlawful employment practices by subjecting certain employees to sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and/or related retaliation. If you were employed by Activision Blizzard between September 1, 2016 and March 29, 2022, and the EEOC determines that you could assert a viable claim for the allegations made in this lawsuit, you may be eligible to receive monetary relief.
